Return policy

Cultivate Hawai`i will accept, for return or exchange, items that are new in condition, unaltered, and free of damage by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your items within 14 days from the receipt of the original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after this time.

How to return or exchange your order

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please email cultivatehawaii@gmail.com for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. You will be asked to mail your order back to

Upon receipt of the items we will issue a full refund for your order, including the original shipping costs incurred.
